The Real Deal – Matt Jones
This month, Matt Jones will be out front sharing his first commercial project – this is a deal that anyone could do!
If you want to see how to create positive cash flow ($20k per year), manufacture equity (created another $150k) and do it all with no money down, this is the deal for you. Be in the room to see one of the most straightforward projects we’ve seen in a while – and all with little time and almost no money!

The Gold Coast City Council are always issuing new and proposed amendments to the City Plan consisting of major updates including changes to zoning, density, building heights and expansion areas. Julie shares all the details, along with her insights and plenty more.
