This one’s a cracker. Chris will be sharing his first high-end deal close to the beach with a 1 into 5 townhouse development in Palm Beach.

Even before settlement took place, he had to overcome a huge obstacle – finding a way to replace $500k for the deal, due to losing his main investor withdrawing!

The estimated profit for this project is… wait for it… $800k. Yep, you read that correctly.

With construction about to start, he’s already in a great position – he’s already received an EOI & deposit.

This real deal is not to be missed!
