Where would you spend and when?

1. Hi all, all advice appreciated so thanks in advance.  If you had $800k to invest how would you spend it. Considering I’m only a few years off my retirement….deposits in 2 or three properties and make them all positively geared? Buy one property with a dual income outright and get the benefit if the full rent?

Wait to see what happens once the government stimulus stops?  Is anyone foreseeing a drop in prices at that time? Interested to hear what you think. Thanks
