2) Lesley & Mike Smith – The Real Deal
Lesley & Mike emigrated to Australia in 2004 and bought their first investment property in 2006. After managing a few buy and hold properties as holiday rentals, they decided to try something different. This project at Woombye is their first 1 into 2 subdivision and as Lesley calls it “A baptism of Fire”. Sloping block, vacant land at the rear of existing block and a retaining wall required…this one has it all.
