2) Real Deal – Vanessa Kestelboim

This month we are excited to bring to you a Real Deal from outside Queensland! Yes we have opened the border for this one, a lovely little property in Corio, Victoria. The property was picked up for a cool $302K and is now a beautifully renovated 3 bed, 1 bath, 1 car which has gone live for sale this week. Find out what Vanessa had to overcome on this project and just how much interest is this property getting in the easing of restrictions and all the COVID hype?

3) Nhan Nguyen from Advanced Property Strategies

To close the night this month we have Nhan Nguyen sharing with us the thrills and spills of Covid-19, and how he managed to navigate a safe passage and keep calm during uncertain times (except during home schooling LOL).
