1) Shane Edwards from Pembroke Construction

Shane deals with all things regarding professional building, civil and construction services including commercial fit-outs, extensions and residential renovations. This month he talks about how COVID-19 has affected his business… or has it?

Don’t miss this timely update! Come armed with your best questions because there will be time for some input from you, live on the night.

2 ) Howard Cutler from ONF Surveyors

Howard gives us his take on how he is dealing with the changes throughout COVID-19. Is he still able to carry on with business or have things stopped still for this surveyor? We open up for questions here too, so have them ready!

3) Real Deal – Craig Mehrtens

It’s Craig’s first time presenting at the Brisbane Property Group and boy does he bring us a cracker. This 1 into 3 subdivision in Loganlea comes with it’s fair share of issues. With a combined sewer and stormwater easement across the complete rear of site and two other easements along the southern and northern boundary, there was plenty to contend with in this deal. Definitely a must see, so tune in this month to hear more.

4) Matt Punter from The Savings Centre

This month Matt will take us through another crucial update on more of the same discussions around the financial platform and living through COVID-19. What does our lending market look like right now, and what are the bank’s plans going forward? Will things get easier, or will they get harder? With systems and procedures changing daily in the financial sector, this is one presentation not to be missed.
