Hello i am wondering what the best interest rates people are getting for their investment property loans ,i am looking to refinance from one of the big banks and am after $1,600,000 over 4 loans dont need any bells and whistles …..whats the best anyone else has done with the current rates
my wife just got a 0% interest loan… from a related trust.
You could be looking at less than 3.30% PI. it all depends.
