    Hi guys. I bought my first IP’s in Townsville (and actually tried to Bird Dog to the forums) in 2002.
    This flooding is creating some massive heartache and opportunities. I love to hear your opinions.
    Many don’t have insurance or underinsured. I imagine the parts of town that were considered flood risk but were fine may go up most as a result, or perhaps large blocks of land in higher parts. But it’s such a complex issue I love to hear your thoughts.

    (I’m open to JV’s or assisting with members buying here.)

    Hi Adrian,

    How are things up there now, 1 year on from the floods?

    Are vacancy rates still tight?

    I notice prices haven’t moved, how is the market sentiment?
