We kick it all off with Russell Sparke, Sparke Legal, our resident property law specialist.
Russ will be talking about some key do’s and don’ts for property investors. He’s been a property lawyer for over 20 years now so you’ll want to hear what he has to share!
Russ specialises in out of the box arrangements so if you’re looking to get creative with financing, structuring your purchase entity or looking to formulate joint venture and money partner agreements… this is the guy to talk to!
Greg is back by popular demand and I promise you will want to hear his latest insights. He’ll be sharing details on a Real Deal that promises to intrigue (more details coming soon!), and of course more gold nuggets on the current state of play in capital growth.

Paul is back by popular demand so that he can answer all your tax structure and GST questions.
Paul has done a stack of property developments himself and knows from experience how to best structure and manage your purchasing entities for maximum efficiency. Every question Paul gets asked, he is able to answer efficiently and with plenty of humor so bring along your best questions to stump him!
Paul may even do a whiteboard scenario where he assesses someone in the audience to ensure they are investing in the most tax efficient way.
