Hi all,
Regional markets have sparked my interest, with a lot popping up and showing potential.
Most solid 3BR properties will provide a pretty solid yield and ROI. The recent federal budget has indicated some solid spending in these areas for infrastructure and gov’t jobs.
There has also been news about the Murray-Darling Medical School (Bendigo, Shep, Mildura) creating med schools for students to move there and study. They have also announced this for Dubbo and Wagga.
Anyone looked into these markets?
