    Hi,
I am looking to purchase a multi use building in Brisbane/Sunshine Coast. Is there an easy way to search/filter for online searching?

Not sure if there’s any meta filters which can capture that information. At best you’re going to have to use a keyword search either through the normal listing sites or a paid subscription service like Real Estate Investar.

vyaw-did you try the popular commercial sites?
I would then build relationships with some good agents in the areas your targeting and get them to want to call you when they come up

do you think it would be possible to find a large Commercial building under $500k in Australia?
Suburbs I am interested in: Toowoomba, Ipswich, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Bendigo, Ballarat.

Not a shed, land, shop, or doctors surgery.
