    Hi guys,

Just wondering if anyone has any idea what’s been built behind these houses.

It almost looks like 100% of the land has been utilised.

The house next to it also has some interesting buildings I’d love to find out more about.

    What’s your guess?

    David

    Ahh OK…

I thought council only permitted you to build on 70-100% of the land

The reason I ask is I’m looking into purchasing a property with 1200 sqm

Sometimes you find properties that were built in a certain way (for example: without setbacks) and it was approved by council back in the day. Theses days, however, you won’t be able to build same, even if it’s next door 🤓
