I am new to the property investing game. I have been looking out for online resources to gauge property trends, suburb data and profiles, potential sale prices in its history, amongst other information.
I have come across CoreLogic’s website (subscriptions are so expensive), as well as propertyvalue.com.au ( subscription is a more realistic $399 a year).
However, I am aware that there may be some websites to provide the same type of information, but are free. Would anyone have suggestions for such websites and if you have paid for any subscriptions, are they worth while?
