I’ve been researching methods of financing a small property development in the Hervey Bay area of Qld and don’t know where to find investors who will take on seed funding of the development.
I’ve studied a lot of the Angel Investor networks and for a fee of $500 upwards, you can try your luck but like most places, there’s no guarantee of success.
So i’m wondering if anyone here has had success with Angel Investors in their business financing, whether it’s property developing or other purposes.Any comments appreciated.
