Hey guys does anyone know any advanced real estate books to read? I have read quite a bit in the last month or 2, and now am struggling to find something more advanced, any suggestions please leave below but these are the ones I have already read:

    Properties investing for dummies

Andrew Winter’s Australian Real Estate Guide

The book on managaging rental properties

What every real estate investor needs to know about cash flow (still reading this, learnt nothing so far that’s probably because I hate maths lol and its too complicated, but will probs read it again)

Building wealth one house at a time

The book on negotiating real estate

Confessions of a real estate millionare

I have read a couple of Michael Yardneys books (keep in mind alot of them are just a rehash of the previous one. One of the books I had to skip over 30% because its just rehashed from his previous books)

    The home renovation bible

59 biggest mistakes made by property investors

The ultimate guide to beginner’s real estate investing

    Real estate investing gone bad

Four Green houses 1 red hotel

from 0 to 130 properties in 3.5 years

    property investing made simple

    Australian property investing 2016

How to be a real estate investor

I think that’s it, I feel like alot of the books I read it has the same thing from the previous books so really now looking to go to the next level and read something more advanced, but is more advanced in this situation? Thanks.

There is nothing really advanced out there but you could start getting technical by reading tax articles and rulings etc and law articles in relation to the legal and tax aspects of property investing.

Ah ok I was looking at property law books but quite expensive and not sure which ones are up to date and which one’s aren’t. Tried to look on the Australian government website relating to law but haven’t had much luck.

A good source for legal books are the uni second hand bookshops. They have heaps of previous edition books cheap – but still very up to date.

Then just read articles on law firm websites and get on a few mailing lists. Also read the forums.
