Hi guys,
Can anyone recommend a good mortgage broker who can source me finance from alternative lenders to buy a residential investment?
I am capped with the big 4 but given my situation, I really do think I would be in a position to borrow.
Hey mate
When I was running low on capacity I used Corey Batt from Precision Funding. He would be able to help you out

There’s a big wide world outside of the big 4 banks which have lenders with more generous lending policy. Keep in mind that the regulatory pressure from the government is continuing to constrict these options – it’s good to make use of the options there whilst they are still readily available and cost effective.

^my concern with taking use of these options is that the market will be artificially inflated and may contract once these options are no longer available to the market

Considering most 2nd tier and alternative lenders have been around for 40+ years if not longer I’d say the market is already priced in – this isn’t a new thing.
