All Topics / Help Needed! / Help – Structuring and Strategy and Team needed
Hi All,
By way of background, I own (in my own name) 2 properties in Sydney (Enmore and Dulwich Hill). I am currently in the process of refinancing the Enmore property (to the existing fixed financier) to release equity for the purposes of further property investment. In May 2017, I will be refinancing the Dulwich Hill property (potentially across to a new financier – once fixed term period ends) for the purposes of further property investment. In short, (fingers crossed) I am hoping to buy two (2) properties a year for the foreseeable future.
Before taking the next step in the property investment journey, I am looking to ensure that everything is structured correctly (e.g. possibly establishing a discretionary / family trust with corporate trustee – then potentially formally loaning the money to the corporate trustee ATF my discretionary / family trust) and to ensure that I have the right team / advisors around me.
In light of the above, I am looking to make contact with a trusted Sydney based team with a proven track record for the purposes of the above. To this end I suspect I require a team to assist with structuring, developing an investment strategy and potentially a financier broker.
Any recommendations you could make would be much appreciated. Please feel to send me a private message.
Cheers
