South Eastern Suburbs Melbourne – Investment

Hi all,

Just wondering on what everyone thinks re: investment property in the new estates in the south eastern suburbs of melbourne. I am currently looking in St Germian estate however there are a few in that area. Also, interested in views on investments near power lines ? Also whether a package house and land is better than land and then building later?

By the way this would be my first investment, and I just can’t decide.
