    Hi all,

    WELCOME to our final Brisbane Property Group meeting for 2016! It’s all happening on Tuesday, 13th December.

    * SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT *

    To round out 2016, we have a special Christmas event planned for our meetup on the 13th December.

    It’s our much anticipated “Panel of Property Experts” whereby 8 specialists in their field will be out front answering all of your questions!

    It’s a Q&A session where you get to drill the experts on all things property.

    Paul Copeland

    Accountant and director of William Buck Accounting, Paul brings with him a wealth of experience as an accountant, specialising in the real estate industry. Paul is a seasoned property investor himself and has plenty of experience to share and will be ready to take on your questions!

    Peter Andreassen

    Peter works alongside Jolene & Matt Sukkariah at My Financial Group and they specialise in Self Managed Super Funds (SMSF). Between them they have a phenomenal amount of knowledge using SMSF’s and are fully qualified to advise on this topic. Greg has managed to formulate his own system for assessing deals all over South East Qld and I can tell you that his comprehensive ‘point scoring’ process is phenomenal!

    Dave Weston

    Dave Weston is an experienced property investor, and runs his own civil engineering firm that works with a whole range of investors doing subdivisions, splitters and multi unit developments. Dave knows how to manage a development site from start to finish and brings massive insight and expertise to the panel.

    Richard Parker

    Richard has been a part of the Watt Realty team for a number of years, mentored by principal, Justin Watt who has become one of our favourite presenters at this meetup.

    It’s a massive lineup and I am very excited to have this prestigious group of people out front ready to answer all your questions. All these guys have one thing in common – they love to give back so expect some fascinating dialogue and life changing insights that you can apply to your own property investing.

    Yes, Christmas is only weeks away but while everyone is out shopping around and stressing you can be getting the edge in the property market at a time when bargains are a plenty! Snooze you lose guys, make this a last ditch effort for 2016.

    What should I expect?

    Expect to be welcomed with open arms, regardless of your level of experience. Expect to meet amazing people all on the same path. Expect to learn…. A lot!

    You will have the opportunity to mingle, network, and have a cuppa with over 150 active property investors with varying skill levels. If that makes you a little nervous, that’s no problem; instead, why not chat to one of our amazing experts (think accountant, town planner, SMSF specialist…) who regularly present at these meetings – there’s always a few at the back of the room, and they love a chat!

    Do I need to RSVP?

    In short, yes! We have limited seating due to the size of the room, and it is first in, best dressed. If you reserve a spot, you are guaranteed a seat, simple as that.

    How much does it cost?

    If you’re attending our meeting for the first time, it’s free. Yep, FREE. We want you to experience first hand what it’s like to join our community, and what better way than for us to cover the cost of your first attendance!

    Once you’ve come along and seen for yourself why we love our group, and you want to come back (which you will!), the cost is $30 inc GST payable at the door.

    Meetup.com have recently changed the way we can accept payments and as such we have had to remove the online payment option but you can still RSVP and reserve your seat.

    To simplify things we have reduced the ‘at the door’ cost from $33 down to $30 and you can pay this with cash or credit card (MasterCard or Visa) at the registration desk.

    What if I want to come to every meeting, what can you do for me?

    Good question! We have a large number of our community members who do just that, so we have a special Gold Membership. This includes free entry for 12 months to ALL of our meetings (including Brisbane, Gold Coast & Sunshine Coast), plus you get the video recordings, audio and slide shows of each meeting in case you can’t make it.
