Most deals coming my way are council houses or on the streets where ther are council homes . They are reasonable priced . Is anything i need to worry about?

Walk around the area – spend some time in it – get a feel for it before purchasing.

Without sounding judgmental – you’re generally going to run into more riff raff in an area with a higher concentration of social housing. I think that’s pretty obvious.

Pop into the local police station and ask them their attitude on crime rates in the streets in question.

That and a drive around the area at varying times of day should give you a good indication as to the activity.

    Cheers
