Just chasing some advice as have had a representative of AWA Financial Group approach us about building a investment property portfolio and just wanted to know if anyone has had dealings or know how good this company is in its dealings?

You are not the client, they are. Their job is to sell stock for their client. Not pick the best property for you necessarily. Think about that.
