I am about to list 2 properties in Charters Towers (just over an hour out of Townsville, QLD). I am selling at realistic prices, however there is currently a lot of properties for sale in this area. Does anyone have any other ideas or creative ways to get out of these properties? I have only touched the surface of Vendor financing & Lease Options but still have plenty more to learn.
Both properties have good tenants in them and have a basic cap rate of approx.7% based purely on current rental income and proposed purchase price.
