    hi,
    I’m looking for an experienced developer who might be in between projects, to take over my half of a JV project in Clontarf (Brisbane). The project is a 2:4 subdivision, DA already lodged with council, anticipated approval Feb 2016, anticipated project completion June 2016. Potential profit 80-100k for 6 months work.

    What is the land purchase and estimated construction?

    Profit looks a bit skinny for us to be interested but if the numbers stack up who knows.
