I’m after recommendations for the following trades that you’ve used on your investment properties in Sydney.
Painter (and if you have a 2br apt…..how much did you pay)
Bathroom renovations (need plumber/tiler/glazer etc someone who can do the whole thing for me unsupervised)
Cleaner – i’ll need a top to bottom cleaner to prep the apartment after renovations to get it ready for the next tenant.
Someone out there must have come across someone they’d like to recommend….
No one have any recommendation’s at all in Sydney??

Thanks Jamie, but was really hoping for painter/tillers that someone had specifically used rather than just some random dude.
Will post on facebook and see if I can get recommendations from friends etc, just figured with the number of investors here people would have a lot of contacts they’ve used before.
