Hi guys and girls!
So I’ve found a property that currently has an old house on it, land size is 1430 m2 and I believe is almost ideal to subdivide and develope.. However I’ve looked a bit further into it and found that the property is titled “fringe” not “residential”. Across the road is residential and the block very next door is also residential and has 2 duplex homes on it (same size block).
I’m totally new to the whole development thing…
Really keen to hear if anyone has had any experiance in changing title from fringe to residential. Any tips and advice would be greatly appreciated!
