Warragul – waterford rise, craigieburn, Umbra and Mickleham estates

Hello peeps, Does anyone have an investment in the new area of waterford rise or warragul area? im flying down to melbourne this weekend for a few days to check this place out. What the general thoughts of this area? Im also looking at craigieburn and Umbra/greenvales new estate and Mickleham house and land packages. ANY information – positive or negative, would be greatly appreciated.
