Strata Titling Costs in NSW

I am looking at a unit block of 11 on a single title, with the possibility of strata titling. The property is outside of Sydney.

Is anyone able to help out with the cost of strata titling one into eleven? I know that there are compliance issues which need to be addressed, and these are dependant on the building itself. However I am looking for the cost of all the paperwork side of things – surveyor, council, etc.
