Gold Coast Property Group meeting – Thursday, 22nd October

Hi to all of our Queensland based property colleagues,

It’s time for our final Gold Coast Property Group meeting for 2015 – it’s on Thursday, 22nd October; for those of you who are new to the group, we’re a friendly, supportive bunch and everyone is welcome to attend. We have everyone from those who are excited yet nervous about entering the realm of property investing, and others who have been investing successfully for many years – and of course, every level in between.

There is a minimal cost to attend of $10 per person to cover venue hire, and you get a property magazine upon entry. Plus of course, tea, coffee & quality bikkies!

First Up, We Have…

The well known Matt Sukkariah from My Financial Group. is back again for a 15 minute update on the state of the investment market. This is a great opportunity to ask Matt any questions about wealth creation in general, financial planning or investing with your SMSF.

This Month’s Real Deal

This month’s Real Deal presentation comes from a lovely couple names Nathan and Sue. These guys are really kicking goals will be sharing their latest splitter block deal – can you guess where it is??

For those that haven’t been before, the Real Deal segment is where a member of the group gets up for 30mins and shares their latest project!

You get to see an everyday investor sharing all the thrills and spills of their deal. It could be a renovation, subdivision, development.. anything!

The presenter shares the feasibility numbers for the deal, the before, during and after photos, how they found the deal and most importantly, the mistakes they made along the way!

It’s truly outstanding to see someone bravely get up and reveal their entire project from start to finish, warts and all!

Last But Certainly Not Least…

Stephen Kryvoviaza from Dimension 3 Architects; Stephen has decades of experience in this important niche and sits on a number of boards as a member of the Qld Architects Association.

Stephen will be bringing some great tips and insights n how best to utilise your architect.
