Sunshine Coast Property Group Meeting – Tuesday, 20th October

Hi to all Queensland based property colleagues,

It’s time for our final Sunshine Coast Property Group meeting for 2015 – on Tuesday 20th October; for those of you who are new to the group, we’re a friendly, supportive bunch and everyone is welcome to attend. We have everyone from those who are excited yet nervous about entering the realm of property investing, and others who have been investing successfully for many years – and of course, every level in between.

There is a minimal cost to attend of $10 per person to cover venue hire, and you get a property magazine upon entry. Plus of course, tea, coffee & quality bikkies!

First Up, We Have…

The well known Matt Sukkariah from My Financial Group is back again for a 15 minute update on the state of the investment market. This is a great opportunity to ask Matt any questions about wealth creation in general, financial planning or investing with your SMSF.

This Month’s Real Deal

This month’s Real Deal presentation will be delivered by the ever popular Kate Cleary!

Kate’s just completed a structural renovation and I for one am keen to see the outcome of all her blood, sweat and tears!

For those that haven’t been before, the Real Deal segment is where a member of the group gets up for 30mins and shares their latest project!

You get to see an everyday investor sharing all the thrills and spills of their deal. It could be a renovation, subdivision, development.. anything!

The presenter shares the feasibility numbers for the deal, the before, during and after photos, how they found the deal and most importantly, the mistakes they made along the way!

It’s truly outstanding to see someone bravely get up and reveal their entire project from start to finish, warts and all!

Last But Certainly Not Least…

Lorna Willis has a stack of experience in the property industry in many forms and tonight we’ll be calling on Lorna to share her latest project in Sippy Downs.

Lorna is in the midst of a 6 lot subdivision in Sippy Downs and has a wealth of information to share on all facts of the deal.

With not one but two real deals you MUST be in the room for this one!!
