    Hi All,

    I am a brand new investor with no investments yet.

    I am looking at a 500k (ish) property with good potential growth. (House Preferred).

    Residex are predicting great growth for Caroline Springs in Melbourne (Melton council).
    I know there is a new train station set to open next year.

    What are your thoughts? Caroline Springs? Or are there better opportunities near Melbourne?
