Accountant specialising in Property Development

Hello,

I’m seeking an established Accountant that has personal and professional experience in property development/subdivision, preferably based in SA. I would appreciate any recommendations you may have, be they in SA or interstate.

I’m also interested to know the structure that you would recommend establishing your property development/subdivision in?
We are aspiring to get into property development/subdivision after being involved in buy and hold investment properties. We’d like quick cash profits, opting to build/subdivide and sell.
