Sunshine Coast Property Group Meeting – Tuesday 4th August

Hi to all Queensland based property colleagues,

It’s time for our next Sunshine Coast Property Group meeting for 2015 – on Tuesday 4th August; for those of you who are new to the group, we’re a friendly, supportive bunch and everyone is welcome to attend. We have everyone from those who are excited yet nervous about entering the realm of property investing, and others who have been investing successfully for many years – and of course, every level in between.

There is a minimal cost to attend of $10 per person to cover venue hire, and you get a property magazine upon entry. Plus of course, tea, coffee & quality bikkies!

First Up, We Have…

The well known Matt Sukkariah from My Financial Group is back again for a 15 minute update on the state of the investment market. This is a great opportunity to ask Matt any questions about wealth creation in general, financial planning or investing with your SMSF.

This Month’s Real Deal

This month it’s a cracker! The Real Deal presentation will be presented by the well known and much loved, Nhan Nguyen! I love it when Nhan shares one of his projects because they always have some amazing twists and turns that the everyday investor doesn’t get to see.

Nhan has been in the game for 15 years and seen the highs and lows of the market so you can bet your bottom dollar he has some phenomenal tips and tricks to help you find your next deal, apply a killer strategy and manage it to a profitable outcome.

Thats all I can tell you for now… Nhan’s current project is under wraps but come 4th August, ALL WILL BE REVEALED including how he found the site, what the numbers were, what went wrong along the way, which consultants he used and which ones he had to fire!

Bring along pad and pen to jot down everything that Nhan is sharing… this guy knows his stuff and is always willing to spill the beans on everything!

Last But Certainly Not Least…

Sean Connolly from KC Partnership. Sean is a quantity surveyor that services all over Brisbane and has been assisting many people in the Sunshine Coast Property Networking Group over the years.

Quantity surveying and tax depreciation is not something that is front of mind for most property investors but its incredibly important, particular when you are buying or selling your property

Sean is a really easy going, down to earth bloke that has a mountain of knowledge to help you get more cash in your pocket from your investments through good planning.

Make sure you’re in the room to see how Sean makes it all happen for his clients!
