    Hi All,

    Just after everyone’s thoughts on what’s the best suburbs to buy in for development etc. I am aware that everyone has there own opinion and here are mine. Blackburn South, Frankston, Sunshine. Would love to hear what what everyone thinks

    Hi there –

    Depends on price, here are my thoughts:

    Development:
    Noble Park, Dandenong, Braybrook, Yarraville, Footscray, Sunshine

    Blackburn is a significantly more expensive suburb to purchase a site of 700 sqm +

    Frankston – no thanks for me.

    For a 700-1000sqm development – the price will vary in each suburb highlighted above, always consider proximity to public transport and schools.

    We just completed a development in Hawthorn East which was fantastic now looking for a reno in Hawthorn/ Kew…
