Welcome to our Brisbane Property Group meeting on Tuesday 30th June – we’re now half way through 2015, can you believe it?!

For those of you who are new to the group, we are a friendly, supportive bunch and everyone is welcome to attend. We have everyone from those who are nervously excited about entering the realm of property investing, and others who have been investing successfully for many years; and of course, every level in between.

After their very unique “Gumtree Renovation” in Ferny Hills that netted them over $100k, Leon and Cat have turned their interest to subdivision and this one’s a doozy!

A 1 into 3 subdivision that includes a substantial renovation in Capalaba. Leon and Cat only started their developing journey in 2013 and have achieved plenty since then.

Dave is the perfect person to have on your team because he brings so much knowledge to your project that he literally becomes a project manager as well!

I’ve interviewed Dave before and what he shares is absolute gold so make sure you are in the room to hear what he has to say!
