I have a few properties all of which are established properties. Im currently considering engaging a developer to build dual occupancy properties (2br & 3br houses on one 600m block).
Having always purchased established properties this will be new to me. Id love to take on any advice, possible pitfalls or general considerations you may have. Of course I will be doing my background checks on the developer and his builders etc but what else should I consider.?? Appreciate any of your replies.
