Subdividing and relocating a property – city of monash

As a complete beginner how can I find out of I can subdivide my property?
How do I know what city of Monash setbacks are?
I have a house in the middle of a block that I’m looking to shift to the back of the block to allow a subdivision- however my land is on an angle and while the street front of my land is 28m wide the rear is only 14m.

It’s brick vaneir which also seems to mean that I need to remove the bricks, move it, then either clad it or re-brick it.

Is $120k likely to be enough to get the subdivision through, remove asbestos, rewire, remove attached carport, remove bricks and have them removed from site, shift the house, re-brick / clad and have the services connected?

How much does a 3 bed 1 bath house cost to build from scratch?
