    Hi there,

    We need a no doc home loan. Our situation is that I am between job contracts and have sold our PPI for $990,000. After paying back the existing home loan we have about $700,000 cash. We want to buy a cheaper house for around $800,000 so need a small loan to cover the shortfall. I am to keep around $50,000 cash in hand as a buffer to make repayments until a find a new contract.

    Would any lender look at this? I have some IP income and ATM investment income and my partner has a share dividends.

    Hi Jon

    Yes Nodoc loans are still available in certain circumstances but you wont need that.

    Would still some additional data but i believe your deal is well doable at sensible rates.
