Hi Everyone,
I am new and 1st post, so looking forward to all information and help provided.
We are in beginning stages of planning to build duplex on our PPOR.
I would like to know roughly what people pay for plans from a draughtsman?
We will not be going through a project home builder but will engage a builder once the plans are done. We are looking to obtain a fixed price contract, has anyone been stung by a technicality on fixed price? Anything else to look out for?
