    Hi,

    I’m looking at subdividing my PPOR, it meets all council guidelines, however I’ve conducted a feasibility and its going to cost approx $70k

    I have $20k in the bank and little to no equity in the property as we have only had it for 4 months.

    Other than a personal loan what options do I have for funding this project?

    Any suggest would be much appreciated, thank you
