    Can anyone offer advice about buying a duplex for the purpose of renovating and strata titling in QLD?
    What is involved and what are the benefits?
    The duplex is a pair of 2 bedders and in need of freshening up (kitchens bathrooms carpets etc).

    Any info will be helpful!

    Check with council what you need in order for it to be strata titled (eg fire wall, size of land etc).

    Not all will be able to be strata’d.
