Gold Coast Property Group meeting – Thursday, 5th February

Hi to all of our Queensland based property colleagues,

It’s time for our next Gold Coast Property Group meeting, on Thursday, 5th February 2015; for those of you who are new to the group, we’re a friendly, supportive bunch and everyone is welcome to attend. We have everyone from those who are excited yet nervous about entering the realm of property investing, and others who have been investing successfully for many years – and of course, every level in between.

There is a minimal cost to attend of $10 per person to cover venue hire, and you get a property magazine upon entry. Plus of course, tea, coffee & quality bikkies!

Noel Grummit from Grummitt Town Planning is back for a 15 minute update on the latest Gold Coast City Plan.

Following on from last meeting’s awesome presentation, Noel will be sharing his latest information with us on what’s happening with the Gold Coast council.

A fantastic opportunity to learn one of the most important factors when considering doing a project – don’t miss it!

This Month’s Real Deal

Brett Saint is going to be revealing one of his latest projects on the Gold Coast!

Brett has been very busy of late so it will be awesome to hear from a local about how is profiting in the current market.
I’lll be posting more details on the specifics of this deal soon!

Our Next Guest Speaker

Matt Sukkariah from My Financial Group will be kicking off the night; Matt will be doing a 15 minute question & answer session on long term wealth creation.

Matt’s an absolute expert on financial planning and SMSF so be sure to arrive early and bring your questions for Matt to answer about anything to do with your wealth creation goals!
