Happy New Year to everyone! I hope you all had a safe & blessed festive season.

Welcome to an exciting 2015 ahead! With our first meeting kicking off for the year, let’s ramp up the momentum and kick off our investing goals for the next 12 months!

Our next Brisbane Property Group meeting is on Tuesday 27 January 2015; for those of you who are new to the group, we are a friendly, supportive bunch and everyone is welcome to attend. We have everyone from those who are excited yet nervous about entering the realm of property investing, and others who have been investing successfully for many years; and of course, every level in between.

Matt Sukkariah from My Financial Group will be kicking off the night; Matt will be doing a 15 minute question & answer session on long term wealth creation.

Matt’s an absolute expert on financial planning and SMSF so be sure to arrive early and bring your questions for Matt to answer about anything to do with your wealth creation goals!

Next up, we have our most popular segment of this event – our Real Deal Presentation!

If you haven’t attended before, this is where a member of the group actually gets up and shares their latest project, complete with numbers, photos and more importantly, mistakes and lessons learned!

This Real Deal will be from the well known and very popular Nhan Nguyen.

Nhan is one of those guys that is out there taking big steps in the property world. On top of running is mentoring program, Nhan has been implementing some very profitable strategies in the current market.

Those that are in the room will get to experience Nhan first-hand and hear all about his latest project – don’t miss it!

THIS MONTHS SECOND GUEST SPEAKER

Last but certainly not least, we’ll be hearing from Jeremy Butler from Megalo Constructions; Jeremy joined us last year as one of our amazing sponsors and has quickly grown to become a much respected member of our community.

Jeremy and his team have been extremely busy over the last 18 months constructing single and multi-unit dwellings all over Brisbane.

If you want to hear from a builder that tells it like it is, make sure you’re in the room to hear all the inside secrets of successfully managing a construction site and how to manage a team of tradespeople.
