Cost of construction of apartment unit

this depends on what number of star rating you would like to achieve among other things but generally speaking they range from $3000 per sqm to as low as $1500. This is the rate I use here in WA when developing or building up.

you may also want to consider do you go with traditional brick building or the cheaper and more efficient alternate wood or steel frame method.
