    Hi Investors

    what are all your thoughts on this suburb Woodberry NSW 2322 .
    I work for the local council and have a few IP and i am looking at a number of areas and this one has
    caught my eye .

    a little background about the suburb.

    *Fading stigma * lowish vacancy rate *12mins drive to a new approved hospital to built
    *5mins from the M1 *significantly dearer neighboring suburbs * 2 large industrial estates are now being developed 10 mins away in beresfield * home to steggles (BAIDA) employees over a thousand employees but not soley dependent on it

    please also note the council has already approved for consecutive rates increase over 7 years http://www.homesales.com.au/location/woodberry-nsw/#

    Hi Buddy Fox,

    I grew up not far from there but having said that not really kept an eye on Woodbury. We have rpdata here in the office so if you want to know about a particular property and the ones around it you can send me a private message on forum and I will see what I can do by way of a CMA and suburb report for you.
