I have recently joined this group and am amazing at how big it is.There is lots to read.
I am new to property and have just purchased a house in Melbourne with endorsed plans to build 3 town houses.
Trying to be clever, I interview all the necessary consultants in advance so that I was ready to go with a team of experts.
Since the purchase of the property I have changed every consultant. When it came to action…not everyone delivered on their promises.
My settlement is 10 October and now I face my next challenge – the solicitor.The highly recommended chosen solicitor has not responded to calls or emails for 6 weeks. Now moving on, I am desperate to find a new one.
Can anyone recommend a boutique Melbourne solicitor who is experienced in; property purchases, conveyancing, selling off the plan, creating legal agreements/joint ventures and who decent?
