Well, it is not done and dusted yet, but there is a very good likelihood that we may be selling our shared home quite soon. As such, there is a wealth of furnishings (suitable for student accom) that will likely be sold off. These would include (but not limited too) :-One Queen bed and suite of cabinets,
Two Single beds (with wooden/steel ends that can be turned into bunks),
Various cabinets (wardrobes, study desks, chairs etc)
Two large refrigerator/feezers,
Lounge furniture, dining furniture, etc.
Maybe more…..Right now, NOTHING is for sale – but taking expressions of interest. We can do deals for someone wanting more than one item. It would become available in East Brisbane – pickup required from there. Reply here, or PM if you wish.
Or check with me if a home on a double block is of any interest to you. Developers have suddenly taken a major interest in our place – recent changes to bylaws re DCP having an effect? We are meeting up early next week to talk $$ Wish me luck.
