The Real Deal this month comes from Wendy MacDonald. Wendy has managed to put together the perfect 1 into 2 subdivision with a renovation component; come and listen to Wendy share with us how she made a substantial profit by applying a simple everyday strategy to this site. This is literally something you can do in your spare time while working a full time job…by the way, this project generated a profit equal to a full time wage!
Our final speaker for the night will be Dave Weston. Dave runs his own business, DRW Consulting which specialises in civil engineering for subdivisions and multi unit developments.
Dave is a keen investor himself and knows every fact of putting a great deal together, not just the engineering side of things! Dave is the perfect person to have on your team because he brings so much knowledge to your project that he literally becomes a project manager as well!
I've interviewed Dave before and what he shares is absolute gold so make sure you are in the room to hear what he has to say!
