Hey any recommendations on Mortgage Brokers around Melbourne CBD, that don't charge a pre approval fee and give great exceptional service and advice to the client, rather than benefiting their own pockets? Sorry to sound harsh but I came across few that just been telling me to borrow max max max and I don't believe they are listening to my needs.

Face to face is old school. Speak to Jamie, he will help you out. I met a few brokers that had themselves at interest and not my finances. Most of my local brokers have no clue and that’s when I bit the bullet and used one interstate that has a good reputation. Wish I made the move earlier.
I want to purchase PPOR first and than later set up a Trust for investment properties. Do you have a service in Melbourne here Jamie as I will be more than happy to use your service. I always see you regularly posting on here and giving great advice, I doubt you would give stupid financial advice or scam as it would ruin your reputation on here.
