    Hi All,

Can someone please tell me where i can find information where it shows the average weekly rental return for each year for a suburb?  This will help me see see if rents are going up or down each year for a particular suburb.

Thanks in advance for your help

    Hiya

I know they have the immediate averages – not sure if they have historical ones. Just pop into a newsagent and suss out.

They have historical growth data – which is more helpful than historical rental prices IMO.

    Cheers

They have this info on reiwa.com.au I'm pretty sure. Logically they'd have it on the other state sites as well. Look under the market info banner along the top and there are a few different rental analyses options. I'm on my iPad and am unable to access to take a look but check it out to see if this is what you're after.
