Hi forum ,I have a business associate who is looking to buy land at either Rockhampton or Gladstone to develop. The search criteria is a block of land at 1,500 metres ,raw or with an old house on it , and upto 5 acres raw or with old house on it , but must not have a DA on it , and of course above flood zones , other areas are Gracemere and yepoon , he is willing to pay market value and flexible on time frames ,if you need to offload land or know somebody who wants to sell some land please drop me a message , he is not an agent so no commission fees to be paid , thanks for any help ,Greg
